Comprehensive Emergency Assistance Program Rental & Mortgage Assistance (CEAP) o Eligible households can be served once per program year and receive up to $1000. o To qualify for this assistance, there must be an unexpected, uncontrollable circumstance that caused a reduction in income and/or an out-of-pocket expense within120 days that prevented the household from being able to pay rent/mortgage. o This program is offered periodically throughout the year until all funds are exhausted.
