Living up to our mission to "End Poverty through Education", our team is excited to announce that A.S.S.A. is back! The Abundant Student Success Academy is a 7-week cohort of students that will be tutored, in-person, through agriculture.

Classes will be held every Saturday for 7 weeks, starting on March 15, 2025. The students will be the stewards of the 1-acre North Memphis Food Forest, located at our building - 847 Whitney Avenue.

While learning all about gardening and environmental stewardship, the children will be tutored in basic Spanish, reading and comprehension, math, science and gardening. Agriculture will be used to teach these valuable skills. The sessions are free with breakfast and lunch included. Part of their day will be in the classroom and the rest of the time they will be working on the land, when weather permits. They will be involved with everything from planning to picking!

Space is limited to 20 students so that we may give each of them the extra time with a tutor, that they may need. Please register your child(ren) today.
